By downloading, installing, or using the Ticket Share application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of Ticket Share ("we," "us," or "our").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Gemini AI, Google AdMob, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
Certain features of the App may be available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of the respective platform. We do not issue refunds directly.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You assume all risk associated with the use of the App and any reliance on information it provides.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €10 (ten euros), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
The App and all of its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and text — are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license described in Section 2.
Ticket Share is a tool to help organize and share ticket PDF files. We make no representation or guarantee that:
Always verify ticket information directly with the event organizer or ticket issuer. We are not liable for denied entry or any other consequence resulting from inaccurate ticket information.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App, or to terminate your access to it, at any time and without notice, for any reason including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 2 ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
